Verbatim M-Disc represents a new standard in digital storage, designed to preserve and protect files by engraving information into a patented layer that is rock solid and resistant to light, temperature and moisture.
Testing in accordance with the ISO/IEC 10995 industry standard by Millenniata shows that M-Disc DVDs have a life expectancy of 1,332 years, with only 5% of discs showing signs of data loss after 667 years. The life expectancy is therefore several hundred years.
This means that when you store your precious photos, music libraries, medical documents or other data, you can be sure that everything is on a disc that will outlast several generations.
