We usually deliver goods in stock directly to your home or workplace within 24 hours on working days.

Czech Post - Package in hand

Česká pošta usually delivers the package on the following working day, excluding public holidays, in the case of orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Delivery takes place from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The carrier will inform you of the exact time via SMS/e-mail and also by phone on the day of the order. It is possible to arrange a different day or place of delivery with the carrier, e.g. to work, to the delivery point of the Czech Post, etc.

If you are unable to collect the parcel, Česká pošta ensures its storage and subsequent collection at the nearest possible branch. In selected localities (district and regional towns), Czech Post ensures afternoon delivery until 7:00 p.m., upon agreement with the recipient. If the package is stored at the post office, you have the option of picking up the package after presenting the verification code or after proving your identity.

When accepting the shipment, please pay close attention to its completeness (in terms of the number of packages) and the intactness of the packaging, including the protective packing tape. If you find any external damage to the packaging, do not accept the shipment.

DPD

DPD will usually deliver the package the next working day, excluding public holidays, in the case of orders placed before 6:00 p.m. Delivery takes place from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The carrier will inform you of the exact time via SMS/e-mail and also by phone on the day of the order. It is possible to arrange a different day or place of delivery with the carrier, e.g. to work, to a DPD Pickup drop-off point, etc. If the driver cannot reach you, the driver will leave a message and try to deliver the shipment the next working day.

When accepting the shipment, please pay close attention to its completeness (in terms of the number of packages) and the intactness of the packaging, including the protective packing tape. If you find any external damage to the packaging, do not accept the shipment.

If the goods are in stock at your chosen store, you can pick them up right away during opening hours. To make sure that the goods do not sell out before you arrive at the store, you can order them online and set up personal collection.

When the goods are in stock at another store, we will arrange transportation. The goods are usually ready for the selected store the next working day. You will be notified by message when the item is ready for collection.

You can have your goods delivered and pick them up in person at one of more than 4,500 Balikovna.cz branches (dispensing points) and at all post offices throughout the Czech Republic. After the shipment has been delivered to the pick-up point of your choice, we will send you an SMS and an e-mail with a verification code.

Packing room at post office or depot

At these specialized Parcel Centers, all you have to do is tell us the code for picking up the package from an SMS or e-mail about saving the package and the name of the addressee. It is also possible to issue a package to the post office against proof of identity. The emphasis is placed on the speed and convenience of customers when delivering shipments at these Balíkovna. Thanks to the recall systems, you can pick up the package within 3 minutes. At post offices with Balíkovna, you can always pay cash on delivery in cash or by credit card.

Package center outside the post office

You can also pick up the package at Balíkovny outside post offices, which are operated by external operators. To pick up the package, you only need the code for picking up the package, which you will receive in the SMS or e-mail about saving. At Balíkovna, outside the post office, they accept cash or a payment card, depending on the facility's facilities.

Czech Post - Package for the post office

You can have your goods delivered and pick them up in person at one of the more than 2,500 branches of the Czech Post throughout the Czech Republic.

Gebrüder Weiss

The service is intended for the transport of oversized goods such as household appliances or televisions. Together with the transport, it is possible to purchase additional services such as the return to the floor or the installation of a new appliance. You will be informed by the carrier about the delivery date of the shipment via SMS/e-mail and you will be contacted by phone on the day of delivery.

Additional services

  • Revenue to the floor with the help of the recipient - In the cheaper version of the revenue, it is assumed that the customer actively helps the driver with the revenue.
  • Removal to the floor without the help of the recipient, including installation of the appliance - Two drivers will come to you, take out, place and connect the appliance. The maximum allowed product weight for this service is 150 kg. Variants for the installation of multiple appliances are also available.
    • Applies only to free-standing appliances and electronics (refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, televisions). Built-in and other appliances/goods will only be unpacked and packed away by the crew.
    • The appliance cannot be installed in narrow folds and corners - it is necessary to have sufficient space ready for manipulation during installation.
    • Revenue and installation service includes:
      • Yield of an appliance weighing up to 75 kg without the help of the recipient. For heavier appliances (e.g. American refrigerators), the recipient's assistance may be required in some cases.
      • Unpacking and recycling of excess packaging
      • Placing the appliance in a pre-prepared place
      • Basic installation (only free-standing appliances) - For installation, it is necessary to have a free space ready in which the appliance must fit. Connection to pre-prepared and nearby water, waste, electricity and antenna distribution for products for which, according to their instructions for use, this is possible immediately after unpacking.
      • Removal of old appliance
    • Revenue and installation service does not include:
      • Installation of built-in appliances – The price of the service does not include the installation of appliances or their installation.
      • Connecting or disconnecting the gas connection (gas stove).
      • Connection of washing machine and dryer with an intermediate piece - can be purchased as a separate service.
      • Changing the door opening orientation.
      • Fixing LCD, LED TVs on the wall and possibly tuning TV and satellite tuners.
      • Connecting or disconnecting the appliance to a 380 V electrical network or to a 240 V electrical network (appliances without an end plug to the socket installed at the factory).
      • Modification of water supply, waste, electrical connection or antenna distribution.
      • Interventions in walls, plasters, plasterboard necessary to adjust the connections.
      • Disconnecting the old appliance, removing water and possible dirt (liquid must not leak from the appliance, etc.)
  • Removal to the floor without the help of the recipient, including the installation of the dryer and washing machine using an intermediate piece (must be purchased separately) - In addition to the standard installation, the crew will assemble the washer and dryer using an intermediate piece. Does not include drilling into appliances.
